Re: Who want's to run on dirt?
What about Dirt Oval Short Course 250?
5 min qualifyers then put in teams of 4. 1 Driver, 1 corner marshel, 1 crew guy an a driver ready to go. Each team member would have to rotate to each position. An teams would race to 250 laps. Or even teams of 3 could work.

Re: Who want's to run on dirt?
No Jeff it is not the same at the track with out you there. A lot of new faces. Things are good.
Not sure about the brushless yet. But that might make a fun class.

Don't worry there is no shortage of that. Tried oval racing with the slash last sat an it was a blast.

Re: Who want's to run on dirt?
What classes are you looking to run for dirt oval? Slash, rally cars, monster trucks?

Re: Who want's to run on dirt?
Not sure what the classes will be yet? Short course trucks seam to be the trend right now. But if there is enough monster trucks, buggies or even sliders. I would make a class.

Re: Who want's to run on dirt?
Losi Slider would be very cool. I did find a pretty cool looking dirt oval Slash conversion chassis and modified body... Even the Tamiya DF-03Ra chassis looks like it would be a ton of fun on a dirt oval. I like to be different.... Thats why I built a brushless Clod and drive an AMC!!!!

Re: Who want's to run on dirt?
I dont know, it just seemed to die out just like you said. I am still interested in running on dirt, but I do not have the free time or the space to organize anything. Hopefully someone else does.

Re: Who want's to run on dirt?
If we can get 10 or more people together i would set the track up. It gets boaring running on the track by myself . The only thing is it will only be on sundays. I will look at the calender an come up with a couple of dates an post them an see what would work best for everyone . But you guys will have to let me know what you want. An sorry no Nitro's. electric's only.
