Practice Nights: Every Wednesday and select Fridays Open 615pm until about 11pm unless other wise noted below.
COST 5$ per person

Weekly Racing: Saturdays open 1pm racing at 5pm unless otherwise noted.
COST: 15$ first class 5$ per class after that.

Trophy Events: Saturdays open 7am racing at 1pm
COST 25$ first entry and 5$ for each class after that.

Figure 8 Night we will have regular oval racing plus figure 8's. For now Figure 8 is a run what you brung kinda deal but you must run foam tires

Short Track Nationals night we are planning on shortening the track from 113' drive line to a 76' line and we will also run all divisions that night.

Legends Triple 100 race is a 3 leg race of 100 lap segments. Any 100 lap legend event winner, Triple Crown Winner, our 2 season champs, and trophy event winners will be guaranteed a starting spot in the Triple 100 event in April


RULES
Breakneck Speedway 2016-2017 Points Series Rules In order to be eligible for the point series you must maintain a vehicle that meets the rule guidelines at all times, unless given prior permission by the track owner. IF you are not legal for points you are still eligible to race with us however you will not receive points for that given race. Rules may be changed added or removed at any time by the track owner. All drivers will be given 1 week to ensure their vehicles are legal for the Championship

FUN
BREAKNECK SPEEDWAY IS A FUN FIRST TRACK. WE ARE ALL HERE TO ENJOY THE R/C HOBBY AND GREAT RACING. IF AT ANY TIME YOU ARE NOT HAVING FUN OR RUINING SOMEONE ELSE'S FUN, THEN YOU MAY BE ASKED TO WITHDRAW FROM THE EVENT AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE POINTS SERIES. ONLY TEARS ALLOWED WILL BE TEARS OF JOY AND ONLY YELLING ALLOWED WILL BE TO CELEBRATE!

MOTORS
ALL Motors must be on the ROAR approved list by OCTOBER 1st 2016. Any motors approved after that date will only be allowed at trophy events. This rule is to cut down on costs or chasing the motor of the week situations.
Motors must be within 5 degrees of the ambient temperature of the track area when the vehicle is presented for tech inspection. Racers will not be able to race if battery temp is too high or motor is too low.

BATTERIES
ALL CLASSES WILL RUN 25c 4000/4300 3.7v SMC ROAR Approved Spec Battery except 13.5 Stock Spec class
Batteries max temp will be 90 degrees;
1s LiPo batteries may be charged to a maximum of 4.22v. Batteries presented to Tech over the 4.22 max voltage must be drawn down to 4.20v before they will be permitted to race. This should prevent the problem with voltage creep back up over the legal limit.

BODIES
Bodies used in competition are required to have the minimum details of numbers, headlights, and grills. Numbers must be displayed on the doors and roof with minimum sizes of 1 ¾” and 2.5” tall, respectively. All details may be painted or stickered and must be scaled appropriately.
