    Just a quick hello to see if there are any 5th scalers out there. Looking for more folks to run with race/bash it doesn't matter. I'm running a stock 5SC ss (for the moment).

    good day mr. nomad. there's a few of us running bajas . we're building a small track down in buxton. nice little place but the weather has been bad and track stays wet. always looking for places to run . you can reach me @ 229-2998 maybe we can set something up. regards, mike Cool

    Buxton? I'm heading there tomorrow with a couple other guys to run in a sand/gravel pit. I'm riding up with someone else, never been there and not sure where it is. We are planning on meeting up with a couple others around noon.

    Does the sand effect the bearings and gears any?

    +1 they do love it. I ran almost 3 tanks through mine (the black SC) with no troubles. Air filter was pretty dirty at the end of the day.

    I think a meet is planned for this weekend. I wont be able to make it, but I'm working on getting the directions.

    Travelling west through Gorham on rt 25, take the 3rd left after the intersection of routes 25 and 114 onto Flaggy Meadow Rd. About 2 miles down Flaggy Meadow road is the entrance to the sand pit on the right. The group usually meets around noon.
