I found a good way to make a cheap power supply for your high amp chargers .
You will need to find a buddy with a dead XBOX 360 power supply and then from there its realy ez. Take the plug that would plug in to the 360 off you will find 3 yellow wires, 3 black wires , 1 red wire and a blue wire . You will need to hook the red and blue wire togeather. Now look at the 3 yellow wires you will see that there is one that has 2 yellow wires running together that is the power wire you will want . Next you need to do the same with the black find the one that has to blacks runing in to one that is the ground you will use . So at this point you should tape off the 4 wires left as you will not need them and now your power supply is redy to go. let me know how it works out for you. I am using mine to charg my lipos at 8 amps with my ice charger so i know it works on the ice charger.

I know i have a few of those hanging around... the yellow wires on the drive plugs are 12v, not sure what the amps are...
