check the shifting fork the little rubbers go bad that happend to me

NITRO= check the micro servo for the foward\reverse fork. If not moving ,servo might be bad, linkage might be dirty and need cleaning and lube,reprogram tx and esc check the sensor for the foward reverse rotation if thats bad it will not let it switch.
ELECTRIC= either the foward is burned out of the esc or you need to reprogram the tx and esc, check trims on radio.
