if anybody buys any of there product and are not happy with . dont be afraid to contact them about it!!!! here is my experience and they helped me no questions asked!!!! recently bought a losi scte 4x4 and after two racing events total of about 30 min run time i listened to everone and went ahead and put diff oils instead of stock grease in diffs only to see oil leaking from them . called horizon explained what was going on and was not right for me to have to already be buying replacement parts!!! with no grief, or questions other then name and shipping address. pooof they are mailing out replacement parts today free of charge no Questions asked no that's customer support
