good day to you. a good base line set up for maximus is 80-100 wt. oil for the shocks, and when you take apart the front shocks, put some fuel tubing on the shafts under the piston, about 1/4 inch. this helps keep the chassis lower to the floor. move f/r lower shock mounting holes to the outer holes on the a-arms also some guys fill and seal the diff with 100k- 500k fluid . this helps the truck not to spin out as much... when you go, just ask around. most of those guys are cool and will gladly help .. good luck to you cheers regards, mike

Hi that is a good start on the shock oils. You can even do the same by replacing the 2 hole pistons with the 1 hole pistons an stock oil. As far as fuel tubing in the shocks. I disagre with that adjustment. Because it is not a part that comes in the kit or is it a factory up grade. But getting the ride height lower will help. As far as the 500k in the dif. It is good but you will find it will push in the turns. I would start with the shock set up an handling fisrt. The best thing you can do is get seat time to get a feel for the truck an your driving style.
