    This is one of Maine biggest rc events ,going on the 4th year !
    The date for this years Money Madness Race(MMR) 2012 will be Saturday September 15th. cheers

    I may also be having 2 or 3 smaller events this summer.These also are just in the planning stages at this point.So far i am thinking one at the beginning of the season, one in July some time and maybe one other.
    Trying to think of some names for these races if any one has a idea for a name let me know.

    Sounds fun! For your point series this year Sean, ask the guys how they feel about tossing two (out of 6?) of your lowest results out. Only a few guys actually made 5/6 last year. And that double-point day thing...works better when the weather is dry lol!

    How about Spring Fling, Evolution Revolution, Dash 4 Cash, Money Madness Runoff, Evolution's Big 3 Series, Summer Sizzler, Friday Nights - Under the Lights - Rumble ........
    None of these are terribly original, but maybe someone can build on it. Can't wait to get back to racing outside! Come on Spring.....

    Casco Fiasco. Teams of two drivers in some sort of format where two different drivers take turns driving the same truck in each heat, and the mains. Sounds fun and different. just a thought Shocked

    What about an endurance race. Something like a 20 min main so everyone has to pit and do a battery swap.

    Also I think a good one to try for a race is motocross format. Two mains and the winner is the driver with the best combined finish.

    1st 25 pts
    2nd 22 pts
    3rd 20 pts
    4th 18 pts
    etc... etc....

    Add points together from both mains to determine overall winner.

    nate, a motocross format would be cool, everyone has a 7 minute heat race and two 7-10 minute mains .your qualifier will determine your start position. after first round, main #2 would be inverted, and maybe some sotr of bump up??..or maybe a three person team, but all entries are put into bowl and teams are picked!! each person races a qualifier, and the main would be 15 mins. and each teammate would run 5min then swap battery and driver!! Cool

    How about The Evolution Pollution 100. A event just for nitro guys. Could do like a 100 lap main endurance race. Lots of people with nitros in mothballs waiting for just such a race. I'm sure your neighbors miss the smoke and noise also Mad
