Drivers meeting / track day?

Hey! Was walking to work today, and all the snow was melted! That got me wondering...

When is the Evolution Hobbies 1st drivers meeting and/or track day? If Sean would get out there and shovel some snow off the track we could start next week

I think even if the snow was shoveled off it would still be to muddy to run by next week. But if we get a few weeks of weather like today then in a few weeks it might be good enough.

Mud. That never stopped us before, right Jeff So what if you had your all clean the next day and mine sat in my closet caked with mud until last week

Once the snow is gone i will start doing things to the track ,but even when the snow finally goes its going to take a good week of dry warm weather to get the frost out and dry it so work can be done on it.That when i will have a track day/meeting .You have asked enough questions on here already.I may not need a drivers meeting!

You are more than welcome to come a shovel it off,still about 10" or more on it.Like i have said this year it will not take a s long to get ready because the track all ready has the newer clay surface on about 70% of the track .So no waiting for new surface deliveries like last year.Plus i already have a source for more clay/soil mix this year.

Yea I know it never stopped us before but it will now. That sucked trying to clean all the mud off my truck. And how many bearings did you have to replace after letting it sit for that long? My dad left his truck for about 2 months before he cleaned it and he lost like 3-4 bearings they we all rusted and couldn't even spin.

I took all the electronics off and threw the whole damn truck in the tub. I sprayed the hell out of everything with wd-40 after it dried and it seems A-OK so far
